Christian Education
Christian Education is a life-long process beginning, but not ending, in childhood. We believe that parents and grandparents are the primary Christian educators of their children and it is the church’s responsibility to provide the education, support, resources, and fellowship necessary to equip parents and other caregivers for this role. We rely on feedback from the adults in designing adult Christian education classes to best meet their needs.
Sunday SchoolPreschool through Adult classes are offered each Sunday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Children and Youth begin with opening worship in Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m. before being dismissed to their classes. The Preschool through Elementary School classes are working through the LIVE B.I.G. curriculum which addresses different learning styles through video, music, drama, games and crafts, while the Middle and High School classes participate in the Claim the Life curriculum.
Kids of Grace (KOG)KOG is a group made up of elementary age (1st through 5th grade) kids who meet on a weekly basis to have fun and complete service projects. Some activities include miniature golf, camping nights, duct tape crafts, kickball games, and more! For any events that happen away from church, parents are required to accompany their children. Leaders include Jon and Tina Krass and Jeff Sefa.

Adult EducationBible study is just as important for adults as for children if we are to continue to grow in the knowledge and understanding that leads to faith maturity. We offer three adult education classes on Sunday mornings in addition to a variety of short-and long-term studies throughout the year. The style and format of each class varies, ranging from a "Bible 101" class to a Christian book discussion class. Grace Church strongly encourages all adults to participate in Christian Education classes. For more information about joining a Bible study group, contact the church office.
Youth of Grace (YOG)YOG is a group made up of middle and high school age (6th through 12th grade) kids who meet on a weekly basis to have fun and complete service projects. Some of the activities include corn mazes, miniature golf, Youth Sunday, movie nights, and trips to ROCK in Ocean City! Leaders include Richard (Physh) Price and Elizabeth Wilcoxon.
